This new challenging Project is under construction comprising of Luxurious Villas and Apartments, Yacht Club, Commercial Units, Event Centre, swimming pools and lots of other amenities. It provides 450 moorings for boats and yard area for maintenance and repair services.
Makronisos Marina is currently being developed/ designed by a number of Professionals from Egypt, USA, Greece and Cyprus. The Architects of Makronisos Marina are the SmithGroupJJR Architects from the USA and the local Architects J+A Philippou architects. GZP are appointed as the MEP Consultants for the Design & Supervision and as Energy Performance Certificates Qualified Experts for all the Luxurious Villas, for the Event Centre, the Yacht Club, the Restaurants, the Retail Units and the Parking Building.
Makronisos Marina incorporates the latest technologically advanced Mechanical & Electrical Engineering equipment and systems.
